The greater London Open Olympic WeightLifting Championships were on saturday at Crystal Palace, and , whilst I dont have the full results, Im delighted to report that our very own Foz came second in the 69 to 77kg category with a total of 190kg ( and thats inspite of dropping a few cleans). There's loads more to come from this rising star.
In the meantime keep your eyes out for more results, and I hope you are all signed up for next saturdays internal club competition
